2009 Officers
President: Mr. Showtime
The President presides over and conducts all meetings in accordance with club procedures; keeps the members on the subject and within the time limits; represents the organization at special functions; keeps in touch with other officers, the membership, and the advisor; and keeps informed to ensure that the chapter is following the chapter’s program of work.
Vice President: Mr. Grinch
The vice-president serves in any capacity as directed by the President; accepts the responsibility of the President as the occasion may demand; and serves as the chairman of the Membership Committee.
Secretary: Dink
The Secretary serves in any capacity as directed by the President; records proceedings of all meetings; writes letters, and conducts communication between the officers and the club members.
Treasurer: Hank
The Treasurer serves in any capacity as directed by the President; keeps records and membership reports as necessary, and serves as chairman of the Budget Committee.
Sgt. at Arms: Mcguyver
The Sergeant-at-Arms serves in any capacity as directed by the President; assists in the preparation and control of the meeting place; and assists in conducting all meetings according to club procedure.
Road Captin: Mr. 69
The Road Captain serves in any capacity as directed by the President; explains the ride plans, destination, route to be taken, length of the ride, scheduled stops, gas, food, restroom breaks, and identifies when and where the official club ride starts and ends.
Events Co-ordinator: Coop
The Events coordinator serves in any capacity as directed by the President; plans and organizes club events, such as parties, rides, banquets, meetings, conferences and conventions.
Chaplain: Vacant
The Chaplain serves in any capacity as directed by the President; and is a person who is always there when the members and their families need them. Just as a pastor cannot serve his people unless he is one of them. The chaplain also commences and concludes all club events in prayer.
Web Master: Deuce
The Webmaster serves in any capacity as directed by the President; The most formal definition claims a webmaster is a person designated to design, develop, market, and maintain the club's website.
